I had a late term miscarriage at the end of Aug 24, I did a cheap brand test after 2 weeks, which was negative.

Im now plus weeks later no sign of a period, so did a cheap test and was very faintly positive, did a clear blue and it was also positive. Since then, I've tried CB digital it said not pregnant, and also tried a cheap brand this morning also negative.

Confused as to what is going on. Anyone been in a similar situation?

You are pregnant.

Not sure that's very helpful PP.

OP sorry for your loss. Did you get any hCG bloods when you were going through your loss?

I would probably get back in touch with the GP or epu - either it's a new pregnancy or you're still testing positive from the miscarriage and I think either way they'd be willing to see you.

Good luck x

I got loads of bloods done during the delivery but havent any follow up, so unsure. I was told to contact them if I got a positive result so they can bring me into EPU, but I am getting mixed results.
I will wait for the 6 week mark and contact them if tests are still faintly positive and no sign of a period.
Suppose I am impatient, but confusing as having a mix of positive and negative results.

The mixed results might be the sensitivity of the tests - or when you're doing them?

Good luck OP

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I will see what the next few days brings. I don't want to hear any more news x
