Chemical pregnancy

Hello everyone.

I got a very faint positive on dpo12 and slightly darker at 13dpo, but still faint. Today is 16 dpo, and I'm getting negatives, so I guess it is a chemical. It is the first time I'm going through this, and I don't know what to expect.

I haven't had any bleeding. I have been cramping,I'm still cramping, and my boobs are sore.

What are your experiences with chemical pregnancies? When did you start bleeding, and did you ovulate normally on your next cycle?

We have been trying since January, and this was my first positive. Today is a really bad day... I would just like to know when people who have gone through this got back to normal and started trying again.

I had a chemical earlier in the year. I would wait until Monday and if you are still testing negative and not bleeding I would call your GP. They can organise for you to be seen as EPU. Sending hugs it's absolutely heartbreaking xx

I've had 2 chemicals this year. I started to bleed the day after my tests went negative. You can ttc again as soon as your test is negative, the bleeding stops & you feel comfortable. Ovulation was normal for me on the following cycles

Hi, sorry you're going through this. I went through it last month and it suprised me just how much it actually affected me, it's devastating and so confusing too. My tests started getting lighter at 14 dpo and by 16 dpo the line was barely there and I started bleeding later that day. Just giving you a heads up incase it happens to you but this cycle has been completely off for me, I usually ovulate around CD 15 but I'm only just ovulating now on CD 25!!! So 10 days late which is absolutely unusual for me. So I think the hormones must have thrown it off x

I've had quite a few. First started bleeding at 6.5 ish weeks then was negative the next day or so

After this one I ovulated 14 days after I started bleeding and he is now asleep in bed :)

One I had them go negative and didn't bleed at all until a month later (after ovulating again and having a normal cycle)

All of mine my cycle was the same after worst was 3 weeks before ovulation. Rather than my usual 2 x
