Not taking prenatals?

Anybody not taking/didn't take prenatal vitamins?
My pregnancy hormones are playing havoc and I'm convinced I've set my babe up for failure as I haven't taken any and were now over 6 weeks in which is the most vital time... gaaahhhh

I was unable to take any prenatals with my first two pregnancies due to hyperemesis gravidarum and I have two healthy children. So I wouldn't worry too much.

I didn’t find out I was pregnant with my son until I was 20 weeks! Hadn’t taken any vitamins and he turned out absolutely fine!

Just my pregnancy brain doing wonders to me then! 😅😅😅

I stopped very early on because I was sure they were making my morning sickness worse

With my son I didn’t start until 5.5weeks because we were on holiday at the time. He turned out fine.

With this pregnancy I’m 11 weeks and I started at 4 weeks once I found out. I just take folic acid and vitamin d.

I only took folic acid, that is important. I think the prenatal vitamins are a bit of a scam, it’s better to get nutrients from your diet

I just took folic acid and vitamin d - the pregnancy ones made me sick! Some pals had success taking them at night instead xx
