Bbt chart ovulation

Hi. I'm well aware that as my temps haven't been recorded there isn't a full chart. I take my temps every morning and they average between 36.02 and 36.21. I only added them to this chart to see a rise lol My question is. I got my peak opk on CD22 yet my temp didn't start rising till CD24. I know it can take 48 hours to actually ovulate from peak opk. Ff is using my peak as ovulation day. Would u say I actually ovulated on CD23 or 24? Pre breastfeeding I had a 33-35 day cycle. Kinda hoping it's going back to normal now my periods returned

I would definitely say day 24 x

I think CD24 for ovulation too. Your temp won’t rise till a couple of days after peak because you get peak before ovulation and temp increases after ovulation. Hope that makes sense

Thank you. That's what I thought too. Just hope cd24 isn't too late. With my last baby I ovulated cd21. But I've been googling so my anxieties are shot lol x
