Hi all, was wondering if anyone on here has any insight into if I should be concerned about my LH levels and try to work out if I’ve ovulated?

I’m very new to all this, trying for my second and have PCOS so wondering if this is normal.

Thank you 🙏

Hi yes this can be common with PCOS as the body can attempt to ovulate many times causing various LH spikes. Are you tracking your temperature as well? This can be more accurate for people with PCOS.

Thanks, I didn’t think it could be attempts to ovulate. I’ll have to read up a bit more on PCOS. It’s only just been diagnosed during investigations into why I’m not getting pregnant. I’ll look into tracking my temperature

Yes, have a read. If you’ve only just been diagnosed, the supplement myo-inositol can be helpful for you. I take this daily. This helped to regulate my periods. Vit d, folic acid, magnesium and zinc are good also as well as switching to wholegrain/reduced carbs and sugars.
