sick of sex, want a baby. tried o tests for first time this month. still not had a positive and am on day 21. just got into work and realised I forgot today's test. bollocks. approaching 10 months of trying for no. 2 now. haven't shagged much this month as was waiting for a positive on o test - as i've not had one, i'm now wondering whether they have worked. so probably another month down the drain. FXXKED OFF! Try to stay positive most of the time but today I just feel like crap. BIG UP TO THOSE WITH BFPs today! BIG EMPATHETIC HUG FOR THOSE WHO DON'T. Moan over. Thanks.

I know what you mean about being sick of sex although I'm only approaching 9 months TTC. I'm also trying for no2 and with 3 month long cycles it gets very tiresome . I know it's hard going. I'm afraid you just need to keep pushing along. How often are you Bding? maybe try every 3 days rather than everyday? I try not to leave it longer than 3 days. Have you tried temping? I know it is obsessive but you kind of have to be dont you! lol

good to hear from your fruity! Going to try temping next month. 3 month cycles - oh my gosh. I don't envy you there. So when do you ovulate normally? Good luck dear. Its great to be able to let off steam on this site.

Moan away - we all know the rollercoaster ride that is ttc-ing...

Do you usually have a regular cycle? If not, then OPK's can just be more confusing...many women never get a positive despite ovulating regularly, others get positives for much of the month. You can also have more than one LH surge.

From personal experience, I got a few days of faint lines, but had I not tested at another time of day (10pm instead of 2ish) then I would never have got the +ve as it was gone again by the next morning - I just assume that I have a very brief surge!!

I ditched them this month in favour of sex for fun and tracking CM and CP...I have yet to see how successful that may be

Was sitting here a little while ago thinking how bored I am of ttc, bored of doing ov tests, bored of taking my temp each morning, bored of thinking how many dpo I am. Bored bored bored, have had enough of ttc lets move on to pregnancy.

soswab - can I join in your moan too? I cant even be arsed to explain or think about my history anymore and I'm only 6 months into it all. I need to get my arse in gear to get tests for my own fertility as on top of DH's issues it now looks like I am not ovulating.

DS1 (6)asked me if we were going to get a baby soon. Was so fed up I said no because daddy's baby making bits are broken (he had a vasectomy - against my wishes but now reversed blah blah long story point being now told he only has 40 percent chance of ever fathering again) then I said "and he broke them on purpose and thats why you should be careful about making quick decisions" [shit] bad mummy of the year award over here please! So not only are we denying him ever having any siblings (hes an only child) I have now probably confused the poor little mite with my insane ramblings!!
