I had a late miscarriage at 18 weeks in November 23 and we have been ttc ever since. My periods pretty much returned like clockwork but now nearly 10 months on I can’t help but become concerned. The hospital made it seem like they would expect to see me pregnant in a matter of months. I’m just a bit lost and wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation and had success.
