Does anyone know how the scoring system works on Ovia?
Like is 10, the day before ovulation, 9.5 day of ovulation etc. Or is 10 two days before ovulation.
I know the only proper way is to track using OPKs but we are trying ‘casually’ without the madness of OPKs and temping and so on. I’ve been using Ovia to loosely track my cycle and I’m just curious as to what it thinks is the most fertile day!
