Extreme fatigue 9dpo

Hi all, I’m 9dpo today. I’m taking progesterone if relevant.

Earlier today I was hit with the most extreme fatigue - I literally went from
fine to not being able to keep my eyes open, without warning in the middle of the day. My 6yo woke me up at 5am today and I couldn’t get back to sleep, but he’s done this before and I’ve never ever felt like this. It was like I’d taken sleeping pills
or something.

Im actually a bit worried that there is something seriously wrong with me. Is it possible this is a pregnancy symptom or a side effect of the progesterone?

I get this often- especially if I’ve had a lot of sugary stuff in the morning. A cat nap usually sorts me out.
it’s unlikely a pregnancy symptom at 9dpo unfortunately
fingers crossed for you this cycle

In my first pregnancy I couldn’t climb the steps at work- I had to take the lift (to the first floor). I was that tired. It was like I couldn’t get my legs to move. If I sat down I was doomed.
This was before I found out I was pregnant- so early- I thought there was something seriously wrong with me.
There was - he’s now 28!

Thank you both.

I’ve checked out the side effects of the progesterone tablets I’m taking and it includes dizziness and fatigue, so I think that must be the cause. Relieved to have found a reason as it was honestly so extreme!

Im ttc no 3 and had this tiredness with DC’s 1 and 2 but well into the first trimester.

I just got a very strong bfp (at 12dpo) - and tiredness has been getting worse - so maybe it was a sign after all!
