Has anyone had a success story after symptoms like mine???

I am CD 45, 6 days late, feels like I'm gonna get my period for a week but AF will NOT come. today's symptoms are sore bbs, hot flashes, sharp cramps, I'm SO gassy(out of the norm for PMS). Ive been going mad, testing like everyday for the last week, BFN after BFN. I'm at a loss. I hate being in limbo 😭 I want to either get AF to start my next cycle or get my BFP already!!!!!

I was in your shoes about 2yrs ago, it was a missed period - I went through another full cycle before AF arrived. It was slightly heavier and thicker than usual, but definitely AF.
No explanation for it at all.
Really weird.

And extremely disheartening.
I did successly conceive 2m after.
