Got positives on all digital tests yesterday, but today the tests seem lighter. Am I crazy or do the bottom ones seem lighter? Both taken in the AM

Hi it depends if your urine was more diluted, but if you think it was the same then unfortunately this could be a chemical pregnancy. Test again tomorrow to see if its any clearer/fainter x

MrsKurz · 24/09/2024 15:13

How many DPO are you? My tests were very light until 14dpo and only really noticed a difference every 48 hours

@MrsKurz that is super helpful honestly thank you! I'm either 11 or 12DPO. My tests with my first pregnancy progressed way quicker than this time around. How far along are you now?

Feeling more hopeful this afternoon. We'll see 🤞🏼

I’m about 5 weeks, I think 20/21dpo now? I haven’t tested again since that 19dpo one and am trying not to. It’s also different to my first! I had a strong positive at 12dpo then which is why I was so freaked out! But so far it seems to be going well. My digital also showed 2-3 this morning at 4+6 so I think that’s good

They look great for 11/12dpo! I know it’s torture to wait, but it is best to compare the tests ever other day, even if you do test every day

Ksh5460 · 25/09/2024 13:49

It’s hard to compare lines when you’re using different tests… stick to the same test and same time of day/hydration level. Test type, lighting, first urine vs evening urine etc etc can have unreliable results and can cause a lot of unnecessary panic. Also test 48 hours or more apart as hcg rises every 48 hours - daily tests would just cause more anxiety. Best of luck x

MamaSads · 30/09/2024 08:44

@mmdbar Did you get any clearer tests? X

mdbar · 02/10/2024 01:05

@MamaSads yes they did! I stopped testing after my missed period

@mdbar amazing! How far are you now?

Here's mine so far, I've only had 1 chemical in April 2023 and we've been TTC 20 months so my anxiety is rife!!

First pic is yesterdays e@h to todays midday test, finally showing!

Middle test is yesterdays and todays (12dpo) test

And the FRER is 48 hour progression from 10-12dpo.

Still SO nervous!

@Angelselevenx sorry to hear about your chemical! I think your tests look fantastic as far as progression goes.

I am around 5 weeks along right now!

@mdbar amazing you're just ahead of me. Do you have any symptoms? Are you still testing? 😅
