Ttc, going on holiday, drinks etc

As the title suggests.

trc number 2, came off pill in August, had withdrawal bleed and then had first natural period 4.5 weeks later on 18th of sept. Going abroad with DH and Ds tomorrow. If all is well with my cycles expecting to ovulate at some point week commencing 30th sept, with a period due sometime around 17-20 oct. Away until 3rd oct on an all inc holiday.

im ok to drink on this yes? Like a few wines with dinner? I’m trying to be quite relaxed about conception and live my life until it happens? Planning to do the smep method whilst away with my hubby.

I've been very relaxed about conceiving both times and didn't make any lifestyle changes - I ate and drank as normal, had holidays, socialised etc.
In fact, I got my BFP this time during an all inclusive holiday

I cut out alcohol and caffeine and everything else I enjoyed when TTC. Nothing happening for ages and the novelty of keeping my body as a temple wore off. I finally conceived when on holiday and we were drinking most nights. Child has gone off to Uni unscathed.

@2024intake yes this is thinking. We were so lucky to concieve quickly first time around 2 years ago but we know it can take a while normally. Just don’t want to stop living this early on I guess but also want another little family member 😂
