BBT & LH surge

Hi,

First month using BBT along side OPK strips. I had positive LH strip yesterday morning (CD 9). Strangely I had a BBT dip on cycle day 8 and shot up cycle day 9 (same day as positive LH strip). Stayed high today. I've attached.

Have I ovulated same day as LH surge? I have strong ovulation pains last night.

I've attached by temperature chart.

Any help is really appreciated.

I’d keep taking your bbt but yes you can have your peak and ovulate on the same day. It’s happened to me before
