Hi, I have this diagnosis. However, it coincides with my PCOS. I was prescribed tranexamic acid, mefenamic acid and ferrous sulphate. No live births as of yet, but as other poster said, it can happen. I’m still trying. Hope you’ve got some medication as it’s really rough. Best of luck with TTC- hope it happens for you soon xx

Menorrhagia is really a symptom rather than a diagnosis- it's the medical term for heavy periods. Some causes of menorrhagia ( some types of fibroids for example) can affect fertility but many won't. Have you had investigations like an uss etc?

Yes - one fibroid that they arent worried about.
