I came off Cerazette after years of no periods, and I got my first proper bleed(period?) yesterday, quite heavy and red. Still red today, not as heavy. When it comes to counting day 1, if I was having very light brown discharge the day before would I count that as day 1, or do you only count day 1 as obvious red bleeding needing a liner etc?
Also, when would I look for signs of ovulation, 10-14 days after day 1? I never took notice of these things before as I never TTC and I was so irregular there was no real pattern anyway!
