Hi, just hoping someone could help me out please. I am 39 years with 2 kids and after birth of second my periods returned after a year however irregular. I stopped BF after 1.5 years and DS is now 3 years old however my cycle is still irregular. Long cycles ranging from 33 to 48..and it's been like this for over a year. Previously was always regular. No PCOS or health problems. The thing is TTC for months now and used OPK tests which say peak and DTD multiple times in that week and than weekly just in case ,things like that. But still no luck since Jan this year. I was wondering if there any supplements or anything I can take to help regulate my cycles. I don't know if I'm ovulating or not and I don't get any EWCM, well last month had very little of it. Diet generally good, normal weight. Tried fertility lubes too. No issues with hubby. Taking b complex for long time ,vit d. Not sure what else I can take or do?

Hi OP, my cycle completely changed at 39/40..... other than pregnancy and breastfeeding it has been like clockwork all my adult life.
Now my cycles are long and irregular, averaging 41-45 days sometimes longer. I had no idea if or when I was ovulating and just assumed I was in Peri menopause.
Somehow, amongst all of this, I managed to get pregnant! I'm almost 13 weeks and will be 42 when I'm due
