Positive test negative digital irregular periods

So confused and disheartened.
I’ve got a 3 year old since coming on the pill in December 2022 I’ve been having irregular periods between 27-49 days. We’ve been TTC since October 2023.
I took a test yesterday on cd 42 and got a faint positive (with 3pm urine) so took another one today with FMU line was stronger (I’ll post photo below) held my wee all morning and took a digital at 10am thinking it will be positive as I’m far in my cycle and got two positives but it come as not pregnant.
im going to take another digital in the morning with FMU. But if its negative is there any way of the doctors doing blood test or anything? Because don’t know when I ovulated because my cycles aren’t regular.

Digital tests are very sensitive so it's common to not get a positive result early on. I think GP can do blood test, but I'm not sure if they do it routinely (eg without a history of miscarriage or other known issues). Maybe wait a few days and test again?
