Coming off mini pill TTC

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone else has experience of coming off Cerazette.. how long did it take you to 1) have a normal period and 2) conceive?

I came off Cerazette nearly 5 weeks ago and I’ve not even had a withdrawal bleed. I’ve been cramping occasionally, but other than that, nothing has happened.

I’m definitely not pregnant, all tests negative.

I was on it for a year after the birth of my 16mo, but now want to start TTC so I’m confused as to what my body is doing!

any advice/experience??

I didn't get a withdrawal bleed when I came off the mini pill but my period came back after about 2 months. It was regular within about another 2 or 3 months, didn't take long to get back to normal for me but everyone is different. Still ttc so can't help with that I'm afraid but that's not necessarily to do with the pill!

I came off Cerazette about a year ago. It took about 5 months for my cycle to return to what it was before. Then it took two months to conceive after my periods went back to normal.

I came off Cerazette and didn't have a period at all before I conceived the next month.

I came off cerazette again in May to ttc#2. It took 5 weeks to come back. I conceived on the third cycle. I did track ovulation on cycle 2 and 3 because that first month I couldn’t fully figure out when I ovulated until AF arrived and then I worked out we had missed the window completely.

update is I still haven’t had my period but I did a test this afternoon and…
