Bleeding after positive LH

Hi all,

Guys we have been trying to convince for 15 months, my husband sperm results are great. I on the other hand, had laparoscopy four months ago, due to Dr seeing polyps in my uterine lining. In the surgery she did tube test, which was fine, removed the polyp and she diagnosed me with stage 1 endometriosis. My periods were really painful and heavy before the surgery, now they have been relatively okay. I was vegan for 5 years, 9 months ago I introduced fish and 2 months ago i started eating meat and dairy. The issue I face is after a positive LH, we baby dance, hours later I start bleeding/spotting with a lot of cervical mucus and tiny blood clots or dots. Every time this happens, I just think there goes my baby, it is so sad. Please guys, has anyone ever experienced this before? Has anyone gotten pregnant after a Laparoscopy? Does anyone have any advice for me? I am 30, wears size 8, relevantly fit, eat well and I truly do not understand what is happening.

To be honest if it’s happening after BD’ing it sounds like cervical irritation and could be due to the endo? Or you’re just more sensitive? Have you mentioned it to your doctor?
