Please can anyone offer some advice, reassurance or honesty 🤞🏼

I had a fertility scan on Sunday which confirmed I had ovulated from my right ovary but they noted I had a 18mm follicle on my left ovary. They measured my endometrial lining to be 7.59mm.

On Monday I got a peak OPK and have had cramping on my left hand side so went for another fertility scan today. They advised it appears my left ovary has also released an egg, but stated my endometrial lining is now measuring 6.1mm with regular endometrial-myometrial interface.

I’ve started progesterone pressures twice a day, but is it unlikely to be a successful implantation in the event an egg has fertilised? I don’t understand how my womb lining has thinned.

I don’t k ow a lot to help you. But I do not that measurements on ultrasound aren’t perfect. You are describing a 1.5mm difference. MThat is tiny. And it was measured through other tissues in the way. It is quite possibly exactly the same lining, just measured a bit over by one technician and a bit under by the next.
