Positive OPK 11dpo?

I'm about 11dpo according to my app, have felt different in the run up to my period, I usually have very sore boob's for 7 days before but this month they're not sore at all, I also am having more discharge. I did a hcg test and a lh test this evening, the hcg was neg and the lh was positive?

You can get a rise before period or the second time is your true ovulation x

This CD31 for me, cycle is usually around 32/33 days, surely I can't be ovulating now?
