I'm new to bbt, any thoughts on my chart? I feel like I'm due to start my period(which I should be today/ tomorrow 😩 it's so different to last months chart. Still all negative pregnancy tests though 😪

The steady rise in temps indicate that you ovulated. If you are pregnant temps will continue to rise. Charting can’t tell you at this point whether you’re pregnant, until you’re a few days past the day AF is due.

Thank you, i dont feel i am. Have all the period like cramps its just the chart is confusing me this month. I have a very short cycle of 23/24 days. I also thought I ovulate day 8-10 but this chart tells me different.

You could have ovulated 1-2 days before the day the app marked as ovulation. Although drop in bbt usually indicates period coming, when pregnant I actually had the usual gradual bbt decline before af was due, the only difference was that it shot back up the day af was supposed to arrive.

I've just downloaded this app and ordered a bbt thermometer on amazon. As I'm using the Samsung 6 watch. Don't think it recorded my temp properly. Af is today/ tomorrow, so it's a waiting game I hate. This month is a lot different than last month chart

Can't believe I'm typing this, but I got my bfp. I used a proper thermometer this month and the ff app. 🥰🥰🥰
