Husband and I starting the infertility journey and just wondering if anyone has had any luck with natural conception with 20% mortality?

Thanks 🥹

Yes! It’s scary and frustrating but a LOT can be done and my DH is proof of that:

• Stop alcohol consumption immediately
• Stop hot baths/hot tubs and laptop on lap
• Only wear looser cotton boxers
• Getting fitter such as running or swimming
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping
• Eating 5 x walnuts per day
• Taking Proconceive vitamins, CoQ10, high iron, Vitamin D and omega fish oil capsules

My DH result went from 23% to 48% in a matter of 5 months just from this alone and I’m pregnant.

It can be done!

Just to add; does your other half smoke, vape or drink alcohol? Just those alone can cause drastic motility issues with sperm.

Thank you so much for your reply and congratulations!

He doesn't drink or smoke, eats very healthy and goes to the gym or swim 5 times a week so unfortunately no lifestyle changes really can be done! He's started taking supplements so hopefully that may have an impact 🤞🏼

Mine didn’t smoke either but just had an occasional drink, which he stopped.

Make sure he stops with the hot baths, steam rooms, sauna too if he goes in them! They kill off sperm at a rapid speed!
