OPK help

Hi,
First time using opks, anyone else had such low levels? All the posts I have looked at on here have been much higher levels.
Cycles had been 27-29 days, last 2 months been 35/36 days.
Any help appreciated.

Yep - very normal!

Going forward what might help is to test at the same time of day every time, you have lots of variability. Also make sure you don’t use FMU - they’re different to pregnancy tests!

Also - only a tiny thing, but you have got it on easy at home setting but the tests you’re using aren’t EAH. So you might want to change to Other / or buy the EAH tests. Make sure you’re leaving it long enough to develop, and don’t pee directly on the strip but dip into a pot of urine (some of them look as though they might be a little flooded).

Oops yes have got it on EAH setting so will change it now. What a donut.
