8DPO Symptoms?

I'm currently 8DPO and I've noticed some random symptoms, I know it's likely wishful thinking but just wanted to get some opinions?!

Vivid dreams 6+7dpo
Mild cramping lower abdomen both left and right side 7+8dpo
Sinus headache on the left side of my head 8dpo
Left side chest ache 8dpo
Fatigue 7+8dpo

Just hoping for some good luck this cycle

Only time will tell if you're pregnant or not. Not the sumptoms. Good luck to you!

It's so frustrating isn't it - most symptoms at this stage are caused by progesterone which rises anyway before AF so can't really distinguish between PMS and early pregnancy. Most implantation takes place 8-10 dpo and then hCG levels rising follows that.

With both of the times I have been pregnant I've had almost no symptoms and when I've not I've had allll the symptoms! I do know how tough it is tho

Currently 8dpo as well today, couldn’t wait and tried a test but negative, symptoms are as follows;
Nipple soreness and breast tenderness
Mild cramping and lower back pain
Fuzzy head / neck pain
Spicy foods are more intense
Tuna more fishy
Dogs taken a liking to smelling the toilet after urination
