Hello, I have PCOS and iv not had any periods since January. About 4 days ago I started with really bad pains at the bottom of my stomach / top of vagina area. Over the 3 days they have gone progressively worse to pain during sex, during urinating, pain when laughing, coughing & going over speed bumps when driving. yesterdsy i had severe bad menstrual type pains combined with the above.
this morning I woke up and wiped and noticed light yellow discharge on the tissue. I am really worried as it says it could be an STI, I have been with my partner for 8 years & we are newly engaged & just before our relationship I got tested due to my ex cheating on me.
