Two week wait ladies, you there?

I am 5DPO today. First proper cycle of trying to conceive.

I know we’re not likely to feel any symptoms yet, but id anyone else hyper focused on every twinge or movement? I swear I woke up in the night with really sore b0.obs but now they don’t feel too bad - last night they were super veiny and looked diff.
I’m presuming this is just post-ovulation symptoms.

I don’t want to overthink and get myself stressed but so hoping something is going on. I hope i’ll know more in a few days.. and I know how rare/lucky it is to catch first time.

Hey ladies.
sadly lost the family member yesterday. Sp stress levels are high right now.
still testing, whats weird is period was 13th-16th, but on 15/16th I had egg white at end of period. Today, my LH is the highest ive ever tested being 1.86!!!! It makes me wonder if my cycle is all wrong and explains why last month I didn’t have a crazy high peak… is it possible to ovulate literally a day or so after AF finishes?

Hm, in relation to your question I think it is possible to ovulate CD6, but you’d be having quite a short cycle as the luteal phase is always the same length every cycle, so you’d expect your period again in 2 and abit weeks. Looking at that photo, from your previous 30 day cycle it’s unlikely you ovulated CD6 or early in the last cycle, more likely that ovulation was CD16-20 if you have a normal length luteal phase.

Tbh all you can do is carry on tracking, you maybe someone who has multiple LH peaks as ovulation may be failing after the first peak, if you commonly have early peaks. If AF appears in a couple of weeks, you most likely ovulated from the peak you saw today, if not and you get other peaks then your body may keep trying to ovulate until it’s successful.

Appreciate your insight so much, thank you. According to app, I did ovulate cd16/17 last cycle. My AF has been due/came on 13th for two months now (since those pre-conception tablets biffed it up) - my old ovulation was around the time this new AF date is. So it’s all still trying to regulate I think. Whilst we aren’t in any fit state to BD, partner wants to try and see how we get on just incase. It would end this god awful year on a high if we were lucky enough.

Have you got a pic of the OPK? Is PreMom possibly picking up on something other than the test line? Sounds all a bit odd (but not completely impossible).

here’s the tests - in real life it’s faded quite a bit. The thing is, i’ve had egg white cm tenfold on last day of period until this morn, so i’m wondering if perhaps my body is trying to revert back to my original cycle pattern pre- those tablets. I did use very strong urine too. Xx

So, I am now experiencing my third loss, devastated. Crying non stop. No bleeding or cramping yet but HCG dropping like a stone. I got my third blood draw result from the EPU this morning, 56, gone from 65 to 85 to 56. Progesterone still really high so hoping it drops and I dont end up having to have another D@C. Most of the staff there have been fabulous but tge ridiculous woman this morning said that maybe I should wait next time until my period was a week late to avoid the disappointment. Absolutely ridiculous!

@Carportforme I'm so sorry to read this. It's horrible. I still remember with my early loss we went from being shell shocked by the news of the pregnancy in the first place, thinking about logistics, then I started bleeding 5 days later (on a Wednesday), still getting strong FRER lines later on in the week, which gave me false hope, to visiting EPU on the following Monday where the scan showed no evidence of pregnancy, bloods gave a reading of 43 (decreasing to 27 two days later). Be kind to yourself and well done for making that complaint. Whilst objectively we all know it's probably good advice - and would avoid heartache for a lot of people - to wait as long as possible to test, we're only bloody human and that's shitty patient care to point that out.

Thank you Curliegirlie and sorry for your previous experience. My MMC at 12 weeks last year was my biggest shock I think. My Chemical in May was sad but straight forward, a sort of now you see it, now you dont situation as far as tests were concerned. This one is feeling a bit weird. I have a pnother, hopefully final blood test tomorrow and I hope that my HCG is back to zero in a couple of days from now. At that point I am praying the progesterone has dropped and my body doesnt just keep holding on to whatever is lurking in my womb. I think, when I had the MMC, that tge progesterone stayed high and that was what caused the sac to enlarge and the embryo to just sit. It seems my body loves holding onto a pregnancy, providing it idnt actually alive :( Sone people have issues with low progesterone but I seem to have the reverse issue. Ah well....

My LH has gone up today.. I know unless its as dark or darker it’s not another peak but CM is super dry, very sore boobs so can’t be a second ov. Photo for ref of premom app. I’m only 4dpo. Random bbt pattern 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ this stuff baffles me x

I had ovulation confirmed by BBT as CD12 with FF, but I didn’t get a positive OPK until morning of CD13! My other BBT app is tentatively suggesting ovulation could’ve been yesterday, in line with ovu tests/Premom but awaiting a clear temp rise. It’s a literal minefield out here. Didn’t even know you could ovulate before a peak? 🤣 anyway we most likely missed our chance if it was CD12 as only started with DTD CD12 as I got my CB flashing smiley 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I’m hoping the confusion and lack of hope makes my TWW easier as I feel like we have no chance atm if I am 3DPO, but would have a chance if I am only 1DPO 🤣

I honestly don’t know. I think next month given how random these charts are, i’m going to go cold turkey on tracking at all and see what happens for a month. Maybe just rely on cm and feeling. Otherwise i’m going to do what i’m doing now, second guessing every twinge for implantation!! Xx

Tracking things is actually really stressful isn’t it 🥲. I feel like my tests and tracking never line up?? Always something throwing it off. So yeah maybe that would be a good way to go cold turkey and just DTD regularly all month to ensure we have a chance or two! Because that’s the other thing my CM doesn’t line up with ovu on CD12, but would over the last few days if NC confirms as yesterday. I’m just gonna watch my temp over next few days and then go from there!

How is it ttc so consuming and frustrating already.. no one warns you of this

I know. My cm last month & this month was right on the last day of AF for a few days which was my old ovulation daye before those conception tablets confused it all, so I am hoping for AF to come in 2 wks so i’m back to my original cycle if i’m not lucky this month. It would help massively to be more regular. Also trying to improve my diet and increase water as I feel like i’m being more pro-active that way. I’ve lost the plot 😂 x

I’m doing the same🤣 and trying to make sure I get plenty of sleep as I tend to normally try survive off 6/7hrs! I started some supplements too last month (but not the pregnacare ones) taking loads of separate ones.. every little helps right? I hope anyway 😂

Hi ladies, just thought I would drop in. To be honest I haven’t read the full thread since I was last on here but hoping you’re all okay.

For me bleeding started on Monday and then got really bad yesterday. Not sure how they can really say that an early/chemical loss is round the same as a normal period Because, having had it twice, I would say that it is considerably worse. Was in agony yesterday morning but it improved over the course of the day. I have had enough of this to be honest. I am taking out a loan And putting it into some private testing. I can’t wait for my NHS referral. I am thinking that with an MMC and two chemicals I won’t be at the top of the list anyway. Since I think my losses maybe immune related I am going to start having a look at that path. I haven’t seen a single bbt/lh chart that looks like mine and I feel like i’ve viewed hundreds at this point 😂 i’m so confused why BBT yo yo’s so much 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ LH is also stronger - now would be the time i’d have ovulated had I not think I had on the 18th.. xx
