Hey all

Can anyone take a look at my chart and let me know what they think? First time temping. Is AF on its way?

Keep temping, it might be implantation dip if it goes back up, hard to tell from one reading if AF is due it will continue to go down over the next few days.

This is what it's done today, my temp has gone slightly back up. What does this mean do you think?

I wouldn’t stress about temps individually, it will always fluctuate. If AF is coming there will be steady decline next few days and if it doesn’t it will remain high. You won’t get the same temperature every day.
