CD30 after early miscarriage no period

Trying to resist taking pregnancy test as know period can take 4-6 weeks to return properly, would it be accurate if took one now or should I wait another few days, be patient and see if period shows up

Did you get negative tests after the miscarriage? Have you had a period since the miscarriage or is this the first cycle?

I had a miscarriage in June and after never not having 25-25 day cycles last cycle I was 3 days late so I think it's still throwing off my cycles a bit
