Hi!

I wondered if anyone could help me understand my current BBT chart and BBT in general!

I got a positive OPK on cycle day 10 but natural cycles hasn't confirmed ovulation and my temp keeps going down, albeit very slightly.

I've had all the symptoms of ovulation, fertile CM and currently very sore boobs (which is usual and normal for me at this point in my cycle).

I use an Apple Watch to temp track if that makes any difference and I am awake multiple times a night with younger DD.

Thanks in advance!

Ps, all the opks on CD11 were the same tests, I just took multiple pics as I couldn't get the lighting right!

If you have ovulated I would have guessed day 12-13.

Ah you are not temping using an oral thermometer it’s an Apple Watch only?
I have a watch and mine did show a slight difference but I had to set it to end the sleep cycle while I was still asleep. Eg 5:30am and I would wake from 6am. It’s not as reliable as oral temp because it’s external. See if it increases though.

On my last cycle mine increased 2 days after ovulation with my watch, but it had increased the next day with oral temp.

I have added both of my Apple Watch (using the health app) and my oral (fertility friend) just to show the difference. See the difference for 1st August which is the day after ovulation. All that said in general most of the Apple Watch temps were higher post-ovulation.
