Here we go again…been trying for almost a year and I’m absolutely gutted to have started af this morning at 12dpo. Is there anything I can do to increase my chances this month please 🙏 thank you x

I’m CD3 today and I’m going to take clomid every night for the next 5 nights and track ovulation

I’m in two minds whether to do the same tbh! Have you been prescribed it by a dr or you just doing it by yourself? X

My husband takes it alongside TRT, he just buys it online but it’s only £30 per pack and it’s pharmaceutical grade! This will be my first cycle taking it so I’m quite excited

Yeah my partner has it as it’s the same sort of thing, I’ve read up on it though and I’m just not sure if it’s the right thing to do as you need scans to make sure it’s not thinning your lining to much which then makes it harder to her pregnant. Im ovulating fine, I’m just not getting pregnant and obviously that’s to be taken if you aren’t ovulating isn’t it? I’m going to try pre seed and some pregnancy care his and hers to start with, we both used both of them last time on our son as it was taking awhile and I got pregnant using it 🤍

Apparently mucinex is really good too, I think it’s something Americans take for a cold/flu but it loosens your cervical mucus! I’m not sure how easy it is to get in the UK but I’m sure it’s possible. Clomid does induce ovulation but I think it also helps with the maturity of your eggs so I think I’m going to give it a go for a couple of cycles and see how I get on. I’ve not long been off the pill so just wanted to speed things up a little😅🩷

Had a miscarriage in Dec 2022 and nothing since!

We've been tracking ovulation since December last year but still nothing. I'm going to try BBT and taking folic acid this month, although I don't know much about BBT.

last cycle I started taking all the precnacare vitamins with vitamin c and folic acid daily, so I hope that helps, we’re moving over to the pregnancare his and hers this cycle and forward and also going to be using the pre seed lube xx

Hi! So sorry AF came, it is so shitty every month. I had a MMC in December and TTC since. Last month, I’ve found the below company with free guidance about which supplements to take. They suggest a good fertility vitamin, vitamin D, omega 3 and CoQ10. Specific brands and doses are mentioned in the guidance. I’m now DPO 12 and had a positive test this morning. No way to know if the supplements helped but wanted to share just in case it helps you. Best of luck with your journey, I hope you get your BFP soon.
