No ovulation since coming off the pill

Hi all, hoping to see if anyone has had a similar experience. I’m 28 and came off the combined pill in March this year.

I had a withdrawal bleed straight away but no period until the end of June (which lasted 8 days). I then had a 39 day cycle but my next period lasted 11 days (not heavy just prolonged). My next cycle just started after 39 days again. I have been tracking BBT consistently but it has not confirmed ovulation either cycle. I have had fertile CM both months.

Should I be concerned yet or would my body still be regulating? I used to have quite painful periods lasting about 7 days but since stopping the pill I’ve had no pain at all. I’ve attached both natural cycles charts. I was taking inositol for a couple of months but it didn’t seem to do much although maybe I didn’t give it long enough. I know GP may not be helpful as I’m not even 6 months off pill yet.

Not quite the same position but wanted to reply. I came off the pill start of July and had what I think was a withdrawal bleed mid August as didn't have anything after stopping. Thought I would try testing for ovulation this cycle but nothing is coming up on any tests and no signs of CM. No idea how long this cycle might last.

From all the reaserch I've been doing having CM is a great sign. Are you ovulation testing as well as BBT, to see if there's any pattern between the two? I'm going to try BBT as well.

Do you have any sign of PCOS which could be causing the irregular cycles. Like you say everything I've read says 3-6 months for your body to fully regulate but I think it would be worth getting checked out as you've waited 3 months and not seeing any sign that your cycle is balancing out.
