Has anyone done this?
I haven’t until now - because I do enjoy wine at the weekend, and I know they say it can impact but equally want to enjoy living my life. BUT, I also really need to lose weight, and I started using an alcohol tracking app (drinkless) and was shocked by the calories. SO, I think I’m going to try a couple of months no-alcohol and see if I can lose some weight, and if it helps TTC that’s a big bonus!
I’m planning to do no alcohol and low carb - but allow myself one treat/cheat per week (be it a meal out or a glass or wine or something), so it’s about the general trend not being really strict with myself.
