They can find / flag up stuff - often faster than nhs

And they test amh // ovarian reserve too
Which NHS often dont do

I second this totally, I’ve used a few times. Yes it costs but you can do it and repeat it at your leisure, and (although I haven’t done this yet) can book scans and consultations with them and they can prescribe necessary medication.

Can I ask at what stage in TTC you used it?

I'm not sure if I'm worried there's a problem too early and trying something like this could make me more anxious.

Were the results something where you were able to take positive action or did they just give you more reason for concern?

I had a consultation with them too

Basically its good to get it done & then put results onto your NHS record.

NHS gynae waits are low etc.

Also - nhs found a fibroid

Also i knew i likely had pcos. Summer NHS scan last yr my ovaries didnt look polycystic but hh test some stuff that nhs dont. Low and behold april this yr - NHS finally - finally diagnose pcos..and by feb this yr - my ovaries were polycystic on next nhs scan and my did i have to push for that scan

I used hh summer 2022 as was 35 and was dating someone but we werent trying yet and wanted to know my ovarian reserve and other stuff

I used hh jun 2023 as i was 36 and curious / nervous

We conceived aug 2023 but then early miscarriage

Hi, can I just ask how do you do the Hertility blood test at home? I tried looking on the website but I couldn't find anything about how you do the blood test.

They give u a few thingys to prick your finger with

You wash your hand in warm water b4

Stand up and masaage that finger and put it into tube ( blood collection tube )

Im left handed and basically dyspraxic ( haven't sought official dyspraxia diagnosis) so was 2 person job for me , ie my mum helped one time & my partner helped another time
