Asda pregnancy test good positive?

I took this Asda test randomly tonight not even a two hour hold and this came up right away. Is this a good positive line? I’ve got another one to take in morning. Thank you x

Adding another photo below. Also I had a fall in the shower today might’ve broke my foot should I be worried about this and phone early pregnancy to get double checked?
