Hi all I had ectopic pregnancy in 2016 so long time ago. Since than I had HSG and hycosy as well. All test are normal .Iam about to start ttc again but Iam scared due to my age 36 and one fallopian tube it will be difficult to get pregnant. Is there anyone over the age 35 and got pregnant.? Did it take long to concieve?

I got pregnant at 36 with one tube and I was still breastfeeding. Took about 18months to conceive the first with two tubes! I was told that losing a tube shouldn’t affect fertility as one tube sweeps up.

I have one ovary and one fallopian tube. Had the others removed age 12.
DD1 took 4 months age 33
DD2 took 9 months age 38.

Hope this helps.

I was 39 with one tube. Got pregnant the first month of trying (and had sex once that month)! And it went on to be the easiest pregnancy. You have no need to worry.

Yep 38 here, had ectopic after trying for about 5 or 6 months, had tube removed and advised to wait at least three months until ttc again, got pregnant on first cycle 3 months later and was utterly convinced with my age and only one tube it would be impossible. Wishing you good luck on your journey.

I lost a fallopian tube in August 2023 aged 33 due to ectopic pregnancy. By the October I was pregnant again but had an early miscarriage. November I conceived again and have just had my baby, aged 34. No signs of impacting fertility.

Sorry for your losses.
Congrats on your new addition

I worry re having been offered tube flush
As apparently that can make ectopic preg risk higher
