Confusion on my part,or I’m just stupid but i just need some help with this 😂 I was due on my period today…but once I ovulated my flo app pushed my period date back to this Sunday….so pushed it back three days….if I’m not pregnant this month does that mean I’ll still come on today? Or will it be Sunday regardless?

Did you ovulate later than usual? And have you been using the Flo app for a while so it knows your cycle length and previous ovulation day (not estimate but using opk or bbt)?

Your luteal phase is usually a fixed number of days, so if you have ovulated 3 days later than usual then yes AF usually turns up the same number of days later, eg Sunday.

Hello, I’m exactly the same! Use Flo and it pushed my period due date back three days to Monday after I had a positive OPK test later than expected. Agree the Blue2020 though, your new period due date would be Sunday because Flo assumes everyone has a 14 day luteal phase.
what’s weird is it doesn’t update the date you should take a pregnancy test, so mine now says test on Monday if no AF comes

Yeah I’ve been tracking it all using opks and tracking it all in the flo app. That’s cool thank you, I was just wondering if it was a way of telling I was pregnant if I didn’t come on my period today 😂 but that’s good to know thank you x
