Woah that’s intense. What’s the purpose of all this? Just have sex every couple of days broadly across your fertile window. This kind of tracking isn’t conducive to good mental health, which isn’t conducive to good fertility

Well we have been trying for 10 months now, and when is my fertility window with irregular periods?

A peak is defined as a test line that us either as dark as the control likeness or darker. I do not think you've reached peak yet. You might do soon - your most recent tests are close, but not yet peaked IMO.

Do you do BBT or CM tracking? How long are your cycles recently?

Edited for typos

People with PCOS can have very long cycles, and can have multiple peaks of LH during their cycle, so it can be oartihard to tell when the FW actually is.

They also might not have a high enough libido (or the right lifestyle) to potentially have sex every other day for most of what may be months or years.

I have had to have tablets to make me have a period as I hadn’t had one for 7 months
i don’t have regular periods I never have I went years without a period before trying for my 1 st child I was put on the pill for 6 months and when I came off it I had my son but we tried the pill for 2 month this time with no joy ( no period at the end of it) I was put on provera for a week that’s was this cycle

Do you also use an app? Worth scanning in the results and keeping an eye on the graph - that will show you a peak shape when it happens. Not everyone goes over 1/ gets a line that's darker than the test line - it's individual for each person.

I am not sure about the temperature line as I’ve never tracked that, but based on the LH surge the 24th looks like my chart when I peak. I often get a double peak, first slightly lower then second higher, even the second is still usually lower than a ratio of 1, so not technically classed as high by the app, but that’s when I notice CM so think I am ovulating then.

The purpose of this is that not everyone is able to conceive by taking a ‘just relax and it will happen’ approach, pinpointing ovulation is essential for many couples. I’m not sure how helpful your comment is in relation to the OPs question.

This is really insensitive and unnecessary. The OP clearly stated she has PCOS which can make it really hard to know when/if you’re ovulating, often alongside irregular cycles. It’s a stressful experience for a lot of people and having more information can help some people understand their bodies better
