Possible chemical? After miscarriage

Hi,
I've been testing positive for 5 days now, but every day it's very faint (I test with first morning wee so it's consistent). The tests definitely aren't getting any darker.
I had a missed miscarriage, started medical management on 29th June, and have not yet had a period - was testing for ovulation but didn't see it happen, but I was a bit sporadic with testing.
This means I have no idea on dates so could be super early (I have always shown up positive around 7/8dpo) or it could be a chemical.
I have a small amount of some very light brown discharge today so could this be the start of the chemical or is there any chance? I'm assuming not as the tests are so light...

I wish you the best <3
Keep us informed please

Yes, I don't know loads about chemical pregnancies but I do know it's an early miscarriage. Sadly since having my daughter I've had an ectopic, a missed miscarriage and now this - keeping our fingers crossed for a second baby but we are also so lucky to have our little one.

I just hate the waiting game and wondered about others experiences with a chemical pregnancy really, if the lack of line progression is a big clue!

Thank you for replying 🙏🏻

We've tended to play the sorcerer's apprentice for as long as these sticks have existed... unfortunately, that's worsened our morale by worry and over-interpretation of things that sometimes can't be explained! I think. 🧐
Courage, I know deeply the grief feeling 🙏
