AMH results - don't understand :(

Hi people,

I decided to test my AMH last month with the at home Randox test after a recent miscarriage. It came back as 32.4 which I was super happy with. I'm 28 years old.

I re-tested this week as I've just got my period back and it came back as 21.4?? In a month!!!

I don't understand this as it's dropped so significantly within just 1 month and doesn't seem right. I'm now left super anxious 😔😔😔

Can anyone advise on why this might be?

It does fluctuate

Which current are you based in and which provider did you use ?

If in the uk - i recommend you leave it a couple of months and then try hertility health
Highly recommend them

Additionally - are you trying to conceive ?.
If so ask nhs gp for a transvaginal scan to check ovaries and structurally // fibroids etc

Do hertility health

We've decided to have a break, but I want to be reassured I have plenty of eggs left for when we try again.

I had a transvaginal scan not long ago and everything was fine.

I was going to do a Hertility test but was told to wait until I'd had 3 cycles post miscarriage

So sorry to hear of your loss

We know that pain

Unfortunately lotsa eggs doesnt always mean good quality eggs

After miscarriage - has your thyroid , vit d and prolactin all been tested?
Nhs will do those 3 and i highly recommend getting them done so they can be ruled out
