I got period cramps yesterday, was convinced it was AF as would be due this weekend. Got really down about it. Woke up this morning, cramps completely gone but no bleeding at all.

I know it’s still early and AF could still come, but is there a chance this could have been implantation pain rather than period cramps? Do implantation pains really feel like that?

My period pains usually last a couple of days and I typically start bleeding as the pain starts. I’m confused - body is being weird this month! Will test on Monday if it still hasn’t come but just wondering about it all.

Hello, for me the implantation cramps when I got pregnant were different and difficult to explain. However, some describe them as menstrual cramps.
Implantation cannot be ruled out at this stage.
But it could also be the first signs of period saying hello.
When do you plan to have a pregnancy test?
