Having symptoms of pregnancy but not really any positive results

Hi there,

I am on northestrone a period delay medication as I have endo. I have been feeling really nauseous and have sensitive boobs and feel like they have gotten bigger. Me and my partner don’t use protection. I think I might be pregnant but not sure. Here are a few test pictures. Let me know if there is anything there or whether it’s just evaporation line.

I feel like I can see a faint line but it might just be line eyes ??

I can see a line on the complete test, but it has no colour so is most likely the indent of the test.
