Just wondering if anyone can help or relate?
I took an early detection cheapie test from Amazon this morning (ones you dip in a cup of your wee) and it was a BFN. I’m feeling really deflated as I thought THIS month was it. My avg cycle is 28 days and my LMP was 29th July. I know I ovulated on the 13th Aug as I’ve been using the CB ovulation tests.
since 4DPO I’ve been feeling super tired, headaches, weeing a lot and feeling wet “down there” basically wet discharge but not white or creamy or anything.

just wondering if I’m out yet??? My next period is due next Tuesday…

Obviously you are not out, but I don't understand your question? A test at 9 days is very early, and you know it...
Take heart !!!!❤️

Did you test again today? 9dpo is very early to get a positive, so don't lose hope yet.
I also had a negative on 9dpo yesterday and another today so i don't think it's my month but also keep trying to remind myself it's still early.

Only around half of people who are pregnant Will get a positive result at 10dpo. So you are not out by any means!

If you find BFNs are causing a lot of stress and anxiety, I would consider how often and when you are testing.

Most of us find it disheartening, and there are two options Depending on what works for us:

Some test early and accept that it will be likely negative regardless. I find that getting used to the negatives early can help me accept it by the time 12dpo has come round, for example.

Or some wait until 2-14dpo if it's really hard to repeatedly see negative tests. Some people even wait right up until their period is late. This can cut down tge stress of dealing with tests. You do you.

It's hard to find a low stress way to do this thing!
