Top tips for conception please! First ever positive opk

CD 21 and just got my first ever positive opk on strip and clear blue! Never usually get a positive so am thrilled!

Obviously we will be doing lots of BD for the next 3 days and have done already for past 2 days so fingers crossed a baby will be on the way.

But just wondering if anyone has any additional tips to aid conception?

Keep sperm in as long as you can afterwards, put a pillow under bum to help them along!

Be realistic in your expectations. It may happen quickly, it may not, even if you're doing all the right things. I'm about 33 cycles into TTC #3 now, despite having timed it right many many times....
