6 weeks pregnant bleeding

Hi all,

I’m 6 weeks 5 days pregnant and so far everything was going fine. Yesterday mid-morning I notice a smudge of pink when I wiped, this has continued and since then I’m having red spotting each time I wipe after going to the toilet.

The colour is reddish, not enough to fill up a pad and so far not accompanied by cramping. I’ve contacted my EPU but you have to wait 48 hours and I’m terrified. I also contacted my GP to ask for progesterone in case it’s a threatened loss. Anyone know what this could be aside from a loss?

I did have two orgasms yesterday back to back prior to the spotting (not sex, solo and non-penetrative) so did wonder if this was linked or merely coincidental?

any ideas to save me going mad?!

Do you have a different EPU you could go to? Some allow walk ins. What's their reason for the 48 hour wait?

Thank you. They said because it’s spotting and not associated with any pain, I’m to monitor it. If it continues tomorrow they will scan me but just advised it could be cervix shedding or implantation. I did question that as I’m 6 weeks but she said it can continue to implant? I essentially just have the worst 24 hours to get through and pray I don’t have pain!
