5 weeks pregnant?

Hi, looking for opinions an possibly reassurance if anyone has been in the same situation, had a chemical last year and had nothing since then until now, I am 1 week late for period, had a small amount of brown spotting for three days before missed period that stopped day of missed period and my tests have been slowly getting darker, I'm just wondering if this seems like a dark enough positive for 5 weeks, just worried about ectopic after googling things about slow rising HCG 🤦‍♀️
