Honestly, the whole thing baffles me!

Based on my chart when do you think it is likely that I ovulated?

TIA xxx

I would say 18th or 19th. You need three consecutive high temps to confirm ovulation though. I’m not sure if yours would count as 2 or 3 days there because the temp on the 19th is on the same level as pre-ovulation. So tomorrow might be better to definitely confirm it.

If it stays elevated I would say between 19 and 20.

Probably Day 18 but BBT isn't an exact science - temperatures can rise as soon as 12 or as late as 72 hours after ovulation. 3 temperatures above the coverline is sufficient by most methods to confirm that it happened, so another high temperature tomorrow should be fairly conclusive.

If you track a few cycles and also use OPKs, then you'll be able to build up more of a picture of your 'normal' and be able to read your charts with more confidence.

Thanks so much girls! It's my first cycle after a missed miscarriage. We haven't been trying, trying. I'll just be glad if I've actually ovulated 😊😊 thanks again xx
