Hi all,

Looking for some advice/ reassurance from anyone who has experience this.

We are currently cycle 6 of TTC baby number 2. We have had 1 early miscarriage (April). Since then my cycle have varied in length ( between 32-48days!). I have been tracking ovulation using LH strips which haven't been as dark as pre miscarriage but still got static smiley on clear blue.

I have for the past 2 cycles had spotting. Last month is was before ovulation and lasted about 2 days.
This cycle I have been spotting (mostly when I wipe some on pants) from 4 dpo and still am today at 8dpo. This isn't all day and strangely only in the afternoon.
Very light, and a mix between brown/ pink and some light red.

Anyone any ideas what is happening?!

Concerned as I have never experienced any issues with cycle length or spotting prior to my miscarriage in April- worried it has messed up my cycles!

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @ChristinaB1203 I'm so sorry for your loss ❤️ I had a MMC also in April so I know how hard it is. I don't really have anything of much help to offer but I didn't want to read and run, and hopefully the bump will bring along someone more knowledgeable. Have you been to your GP about your spotting? It might be worthwhile doing that. They may just tell you that your cycle has been affected by your MC and to monitor - that may be true and the spotting may just stop as quickly as it's started. I've not had luteal phase spotting myself but from reading posts on here, I believe it can sometimes be connected to low progesterone. You could ask your GP to check your progesterone to see if it's dipping too soon after ovulation. Apologies to not be more help. I hope everything works out for you xx
