Hiii, so I’m cycle day 19 today and I’m sooo anxious it’s getting so late to be able to conceive isn’t it, each day that passes and my ovulation sticks are negative is just getting me so down 😫😂 I’m being stupid I know but it’s been almost a year of trying which I know isn’t a lot compared to other people it’s just hard isn’t it when you really want something and it’s not happening x

Hello !
I think I ovulated on day 18 (yesterday) this month.
Only measuring your basal body temperature can really tell you whether or not you've ovulated.
If you've been trying for 1 year, you should go and see a specialist doctor just to take stock of your couple's fertility.

Thank you. Yeah I’ve spoken to the dr they aren’t interested unless it’s been 18 months as I have children already, I just need to relax but I can’t 😂 I’ve never tried body temp checking, I wouldn’t know where to start tbh but I’ll look into it thank you x

There must be some very clear guides on the internet :) couple this method with cervical mucus observation.
What's more, if you don't get pregnant before the appointment, the information on your BBT will be of interest to the doctor :)
