When did you get your BFP?

Hi all,

For all serial early testers out there, how many DPO did you get your first faint BFP? It’d also be helpful to know how long your cycle is if you know roughly! Thank you.

Just tested 8DPO and got a BFN but with my DS I got a good positive on this day. I know it is still early days…

8dpo is the earliest I've ever heard on here but I think for most it is 10dpo+

I've never tested early so can't give personal experience.

10 dpo faintly on strips and also on a clearblue early digital. That was the first day I tested so unsure if earlier would have shown positive. Cycle around 29 days.

One reason for the variation among women is that they are guessing when they ovulated even if they track LH and BBT. Eg. It's possible to ovulate before peak or a couple of days afterwards. The only way to know absolutely would be ultrasound tracking. Women who say they're 8dpo could in fact be 6/7/9/10 etc etc

I got a faint line at 12 dpo, but I hadn't tested prior to that. Cycles were around 31 days. As PP said, I think the variation is because even if you're tracking ovulation, it's not an exact science. And implantation can happen with a window of several days.

The day after missed period (DPO 13) hadn’t tested before that.
I was watching my BBT and RHR though and they kept going up so I was kinda hopeful

Hey, I got a faint positive at 9dpo , was on antibiotics at the time and thought they were making me feel sick! Did a test and there it was! . Ended in MC though but was pretty early xx

Super faint at 9dpo on premom strips confirmed by an early detecting electric "pregnant or not pregnant" test.

15dpo and then 13dpo... I think I have slow rising hcg 😬
